The Biologist Grade assists the Senior Biologist (SB)/Offline Coordinator (OC)/Project Report Coordinator (PRC) and is responsible for ensuring that data processing and results meet the project specifications with no or minimum interruption.Participate in environmental sampling and monitoring surveys
Analyse and identify species and biological features
Identify areas of special interest and classify biotopes and habitats
Register species of special interest
Evaluate and integrate results from other disciplines e.g. geophysics, hydrography, chemistry
Interpretation and evaluate the data
Describe and summarise the results
Write report on the outcome for the study
Key RequirementsUniversity degree in biology with marine focus
At least month’s experience from work as a marine biologist including collection, processing and presentation of data from environmental surveys with nominally operational days offshore

Informs an Ocean Infinity Supervisor, Team Lead, or Manager of any unidentified risks, hazards, or system deficiencies in the workplace;
Supports Ocean Infinity’s environmental and social goals.
