Responsibilities:To design technical solutions and help in resolving technical problemsLearning and understanding the existing domain in order to build an optimal solutionIdentifying the right frameworks, environment and tools in building applicationsClosely collaborate with the team to efficiently tailor to customer needsEnsure reliability and scalability of the end-productImplement clear-cut architecture for customers who focus to leverage the cloud based integration platformAnalyse technical feasibility of the requirements and provide estimations for deliveryEnsure quality of the product being delivered by different levels of testingPlan development activities to achieve the desired goalsHave an unbiased approach when it comes to picking the right solution for the productKeeping up to date with technologies and frameworksRespond quickly to critical requestsDesired Skills and ExperienceExcellent communication skills – both verbal and written10+ years programming and integration software development experienceExtensive experience with programming languages such as Java and cloud environments such GCP or AWSExtensive experience with REST APIs and microservice architectureStrong understanding of and experience with Object Oriented design and developmentSolid understanding of development design principles and patternsGood knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience of working with both agile and waterfall methodsGood experience with different testing levels such as functional and non-functional testingVast knowledge in Dev-Ops process for integration platforms and cloud based CI-CD process for the sameExperience in handling customer day to day issues faced in integration platforms and ability to solve them at a rapid paceExperience in setting up hybrid integration solutionsStrong attention to detail, a sense of urgency around deadlines and an ability to multitaskExperience of working closely with offshore teamsAt least 2 years of exposure to Swedish working culture & ecosystemFlexible to work in Nordic and Indian time zones as required (with remote teams)
