For our Offshore Technology DD Platform in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead product development projects within the Electrical Systems module. As project manager you will be leading a project team of Product Owners and Engineers working with you to realize the project and maintain strong relations to all relevant project stakeholders across the business.
How to contribute to our vision
You will lead product development projects with focus on electrical system design: Manage development and implementation of electrical hardware in close cooperation with your team of Product Owners and Engineers. You manage stakeholders across the entire business, and you ensure a strong cooperation with external suppliers and partners. As PM you have full project responsibility in terms of time, cost and quality delivered - from scoping phase until project closure.
Overseeing the entire project, and covering all project management disciplines, you lead the execution of the project and involves with key stakeholders (including for example procurement, production and service) in a positive and constructive manner.
The PM is overall responsible for delivering technically robust and fully compliant designs to the best possible product cost, and to execute the project in accordance with Siemens Gamesa Technology processes and tools – this is ensured by attention to all aspects, together with your team.
As an experienced PM, you improve ways of working together with your team, as well as together with the rest of the organization.
We operate in an organization with a network of agile teams and strive to further develop our organization and ability towards this type of organization and culture. It is an advantage if you have insight or experience with agile principles, and that you are interested in further developing yourself and our organization on these parameters.

You can keep a holistic overview of your project, without missing out on the important details and the people involved. You have a structured approach to your assignments and can handle project scope changes occurring in a dynamic R&D environment to the full satisfaction of your stakeholders. Our leadership style is based on values like trust, respect and intend based leadership. You will be invited to further develop yourself and your colleagues within this area, and it is therefore an advantage if you are reflected and interested in contributing to this development.
To be successful in this role you:
Preferably have a background or experience within project management of technical projects. Experience with wind turbine design or application is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
Preferably have a degree in engineering combined with several years of experience of project management, preferable within product development / R&D
Have experience with project management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers. It is an advantage if you have documented your experience through relevant Project Management certification (for example IPMA B/C, PMP) and a relevant project track record
Possess strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
