Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the management of the site operations for Horns Reef 2. You’ll be assuring safe operations and maintenance of the site, and working both from our location in Esbjerg as well as offshore.
Welcome to Continental Europe Operations

You’ll be part of an ambitious and bright team where you, together with your colleagues, will work on Horns Reef 2 Offshore Wind Farm both from the office location in Esbjerg and from the offshore accommodation platform. You’ll be fully accountable for the site, be part of a team of heads of sites across continental Europe, and report to the Head of Operations Continental EU.
You’ll play an important role in:
continuously developing a strong, positive safety culture, and ensuring that the focus is always on maintaining and improving standards of onsite safety managementbeing responsible for the operation and maintenance of wind turbines, management of the wind farm including HSE, quality, availability, costs, and resourcestaking responsibility for the delivery of global support functions to optimise the use of ships, spare parts, and resources in coordination with the other members of the Continental EU leadership teamhaving the responsibility of the execution for O&M, supplier management, OEMs, and other service contracts related to wind farmsbeing responsible for personal development of all employees within the reporting line.
To succeed in the role, you:
ideally have a degree in engineering or natural science, or extensive experience in a technical rolehave considerable experience in operational management, ideally in an engineering or supply company preferably have experience with managing offshore and far-from-shore operationshave proven experience with financial control, budgeting, and contract managementspeak and write English and Danish fluently.
