Your team is responsible for the Project Management of Technology Development Projects as well as New Product Development Projects, whereas your counterpart in the PMTF Department is responsible for leading the Tower Engineering Managers of the Sales and Execution projects.As Team Lead for the PMTF Development Team you will be leading our highly dedicated Project Managers, who drive and manage all Tower & Foundation related Development Projects across our organization. As we aim for "fire prevention" rather than "fire fighting" you will need to secure that all our Project Managers have the best conditions for delivering as promised and in the same way securing that synergies across projects are considered. Together with the PMTF Head you will be involved in setting the direction and further optimize the development and deliverables of your team.About the roleAs Team Lead within the PMTF department you will make sure your team is capable of reaching all targets in a proper working environment.Your assignments will cover but not be limited to:Lead, manage and mentor your team incl. 1:1 dialogues with team membersBuild team to support continuous growthTeam coordination and planning incl. forecasting of competence needs to cover future portfolioMaximize utilization of resourcesMonthly KPI reporting for ongoing projectsPro-actively taking part in our continuous improvements and development of new tools, processes and procedures neededMaking sure deadlines within the team are kept and needed information is shared to relevant stakeholdersApproaching knowledge sharing across projects to ensure continuous improvementContinuous employee feedback and performance managementAbout youYou are positive, proactive, motivating and innovative and you have a systematic and quality-oriented approach as well as the ability to keep an overview even under pressure. You are structured and pragmatic in your way of dealing with issues and challenges – and you love the fun and the challenge in the race of building some of the largest offshore wind farms in the world!To be successful in this role you:have 10+ years of experience in Project / Program Management - preferably combined with relevant experience within the Offshore or Wind Power industry.
