Our colleague is moving on to another great role in our team and thus we are looking for a new colleague in our Marine People Advisor Team in NEU.

We are overall responsible for ~1200 mostly European seafarers whom we take care of. We have the E2E management of recruitment, performance management, talent management, training, retention and exit.
Our days are a strong combination of daily operational tasks such as “check the emails to see whether we have booked all the right trainings” to dedicated conversations with the seafarers on performance, wellbeing and development. It can sometimes be a challenge to balance doing both and we work on being better at this every day.
It goes without saying that we as a team are truly passionate about making a difference to our seafarers and we would expect you to be the same.
At Maersk we value the diversity of our talent and will always strive to recruit the best person for the job – we value diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to: gender, age, nationality, race, sexual orientation, disability or religious beliefs.
We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.
