Manage the legal customer contracting teamDeliver integrated customer contract templates
Support the Contract Lifecycle Management projectNegotiate Key Customer and related contractsWe are looking for
The ideal candidate has a master of laws (LL.M.) or J.D. and at least 8+ years’ post qualification experience, from a corporate or other international organisation within the logistics space (preferred) or similar experience from an international law firm.
You have a strong people leader track record driving high engagement combined with extensive knowledge of and experience with logistics and transport law.
You have experience with:
Customer and procurement contracting within the logistics space, such as 4PL, SCM, and WnD contracts
Integration of multi-product customer contracts
Driving complex projects and managing diverse teams

Knowledge of common law and maritime law is preferred but not a prerequisite.A.P.
