Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a fixed-term Consultant to join our Customer Service Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to global customers with OCS HR/Payroll, Self Service, Crew on Board and TrainingPortal
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide guidance in the operation of the different applications
  • Support with testing new application releases
  • Provide a support service to customers via telephone and email
  • Work collaboratively as part of the support team in Bergen/Aberdeen
  • Review product information including manuals and brochures for domain accuracy
  • Actively participate in service improvement for routines and set-up of the Helpdesk system
  • Ensure on-line documentation is kept up-to-date

We`d like you to have:

  • Experience and knowledge within HR, Competence or Crewing in the Oil and Gas or Maritime industries
  • Experience of supporting customers remotely
  • Experience of Microsoft Windows products
  • Sound knowledge of systems, process improvement and workflow
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills; experience of ticketing systems would be advantageous
  • A degree in an IT related subject or Computer Science
  • Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Norwegian
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Norwegian legislation
  • Global and cultural awareness
