Development and Production International (DPI) is responsible for Equinor’s portfolio of producing assets and planned field developments in all countries outside Norway and Brazil. LLC Sevkomneftegaz is a company in which Equinor Russia AS holds a 33,33% ownership interest together with Rosneft (66,66%). The Shareholding and Operating Agreement was signed in September 2017.

Equinor Russia AS is responsible for sourcing and filling the position of Compliance Officer in LLC Sevkomneftegaz.

Job location will be Gubkinsky (Western Siberia).Job DescriptionEnsure full implementation of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Program as decided by the Board of Directors in LLC Sevkomneftegaz. The program consists of the Code of Ethics, the ABC policy, the Ethics Carter and the Integrity Due Diligence procedures and any other documents the Board of Directors implement to ensure compliance with Anti-Corruption legislation or Trade Restrictions:

• Devise and execute specific programs or actions necessary to effectively implement the program

• Prepare and issue guidance on the Program related procedures to employees

• Respond to inquiries by employees regarding any aspect of the Program

• Ensure that proper records related to the Program and decisions related to Trade Restrictions are maintained in the company

• Prepare and submit regular and periodic reports to the General Director, the Ethics Committee and the Board of Directors on the implementation and effectiveness of Program, including but not limited to incident investigation, due diligence statistics, training statistics, and the latest information on a comprehensive risk assessment, calls received by the ethical hotline and other necessary information

• Institute, carry out and take part in inspections / investigations regarding violations of the Program provisions

• Maintain and monitor vendor register according to the Program

• Provide recommendations related to contractual language in accordance with the Program

• Make proposals on all matters related to the Program in order to optimize work processes and minimize compliance risks

• Plan and control the implementation of the Integrity Due Diligence of third parties

Plan and execute regular and periodic training for employees, agents service personnel and relevant suppliers

Act as the secretary of the Ethics Committee including calling for meetings, providing agenda for meetings, participating in meetings and taking minutes of meetings

Conduct regular compliance risk assessment related to anti-corruption and trade restrictions and prepare quarterly reports to the Ethics Committee

Review the company’s social contribution and/or charitable contribution arrangements

Regularly connect with the Compliance network in Equinor, participate in training provided by Equinor and give and receive updatesQualifications• Minimum Education: Bachelor degree (law)

• 5+ years of experience as a professional within the areas of law, audit or controller position. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in implementing and maintaining anti-corruption and trade restriction procedures in an organization.

• Excellent English skills (oral and written)
