One of our Time Analysts will be on leave for a year, which offers a great opportunity for you with Payroll & Time background and curiosity to broaden your experience in this temporary contract. You will be a part of the People Services team Sweden and join the phenomenal group of Payroll & Time professionals located in Södertälje and Gothenburg. You will be working together with all areas of HR (HRBP´s, specialist groups and generalists/advisors) to make the HR Operating model come to life.
The People Services is part of the global AstraZeneca HR function, who is responsible for an effective and efficient HR service delivery. The HR services are delivered through a mixed model with both inhouse, outsourced and offshored teams. The more complex transactions and demand organization are retained within AstraZeneca Sweden.

The role can be based in either Södertälje or Gothenburg.
What you´ll do
This position sits within the Payroll & Time team, part of the People Services organization. You will work with internal colleagues within HR and IT to ensure time data accuracy in Payroll. You will be responsible for data controls and raise issues to managers or ensures updates of data. It is an essential part of the job to work pro-actively in finding and fixing potential errors in time for Payroll run as well as through training and support documents to ensure all users and HR are educated to perform their responsibilities.
The job is highly collaborative, with internal partners both locally in Sweden and at our regional service centers. You will work closely with two other Time analysts to e.g. build and handle schedules, create CR´s and continuously improve our processes and ways of working.

Desirable skills & experience
Extensive Payroll/Time experience that has given robust knowledge of legislation, policies, processes, data and systems related to Payroll & Time.End to end knowledge of time processes including Payroll.Practical experience providing general HR advice via face to face, e-mail or telephoneExperience working in a customer service environment and of having worked in a technology-driven environment.Demonstrated ability to maintain highly confidential informationFlexible and ability to change according to business needsDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)Fluent spoken and written in English and SwedishPrevious experience working with Timecare and Workday TimeWork with improvement and streamline processes.Data analytics and good excel knowledgeGood knowledge and experience related to vacation handling
