Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customer we are now looking for a Subsea Engineering Lead.
Job responsibilities:
Manage well operation subsea engineers in well operation, assigned to the various project
Manage well operation subsea engineers working offshore
Identify need of exploration and development subsea equipment according to companyi drilling schedule
Identify functional and cost effective solutions for subsea equipment installation on the MODU's contracted from company
Manage ROV contract
Manage exploration wellhead contract and equipment stock
Manage TSA contract for subsea activities
Organize DOP meetings and organize good quality of DOP's sent offshore
Take and keep contact with the other subsea function in company to ensure coordination and information sharing across departments
Required expertise:
Masters degree
Relevant working experience can compensate for lower education level
12+ years in Subsea operations within Drilling and Wells. And minimum 2 years holding same position
Technical knowledge of subsea production systems
Experience as a Lead Engineer within subsea engineering , manufacturing and testing activities.
Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes
Working experience from offshore development projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Experience with project development and execution phases.
