How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a student to join the Finance team for Technology and Standards as part of Operations in the Offshore Business Unit. As a student you will work in very close collaboration with the financial controllers and rest of F team to ensure proper controlling and reporting of the financial information.
Besides being an active part of a very diverse and dynamic team, in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Prepare and analyze monthly cost center reporting (in Power BI) and presentations
- Support financial bookings during month end closing
- Perform quality checks on cost center costs
- Support digitalization initiatives for reporting in PowerBI and automatization of files
- Ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG and any other relevant Guideline in SGRE
- Support ad-hoc requests in the team
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate is currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with good analytical skills, problem finding and solving skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
They take initiative to ask and clarify questions and dedication to the work is key for being successful in this position. We also require excellent English skills - both orally and in writing - and experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
