Our Portfolio Management Office team in the Offshore Execution Engineering organization is looking for a reliable and service-minded Student Worker. The PMO Team is responsible for facilitating the Management meeting cycle and ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and implementation of strategic topics across the Engineering organization. Additionally, you will provide the Engineering management and PMO team with hands-on support for admin tasks and documentation management within the Offshore Execution organization. Your role will be to support with agenda planning, report and content creation, MoM and action-item follow up.
How to contribute to our vision
For our Team within Portfolio Management, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Student Worker to:
Drive the scheduling, content, and communication for the Engineering Management and PMO meeting cycle
Organize and drive monthly strategic meetings
Support with implementation of Professional Development Initiative across Engineering department
Communicate Employee Engagement survey results and action items
Ensure updates to the functional charters for OF EXE EN departments
Ensure the design of various SharePoint sites and maintain the access rights
Provide professional support with structuring verbal informa tion, collecting and analyzing data, preparing necessary documentation
Support with on boarding of new employees in PMO Team
Provide h ands-on support for Engineering M anagement & PMO Team
Complete ad-hoc and reoccurring tasks on business or organizational development fields independently
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree and are enrolled to a Bachelor or Master (with preferably 2 years still left of your studies) in the fields of business administration, economics, human resources management, organization development, strategy, leadership, or similar fields in combination. Furthermore you:
Are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student (with preferably 2 years still left of your studies) in the fields of business administration, economics, human resources management, organization development, strategy, leadership, or similar fields
Have outstanding and proven skills on MS PowerPoint and Excel (basic IT knowledge will be an advantage)
Have a bright, business-driven mind and a common-sense approach
Are proactive, structured and detail orientated. You are positive and enjoy providing efficient systems and support to those around you and are generally pro-active.
Possess strong communication and presentation skills and excellent English skills in both speaking and writing. Furthermore, you thrive in a multicultural environment
