Description

We are looking for a Student Assistant for our Contract Management Team in the Renewables division!
As a Student Assistant, you will support the continuous development of the contract management processes and, when assigned to specific projects, support the Contract Manager with these processes and fulfil the tasks.The position involves a wide range of tasks including:
Support the Contract Manager with regard to existing project contracts
Help to identify contractual key dates, key documents and list of requirements
Assist the Contract Manager with variation and claims list maintenance and record keeping in SharePoint (team collaboration software tools)
Support the Contract Manager with regard to monitoring variation and claims costs
Identify potential improvements to existing processes and policies
Conduct special projects as assigned
Your qualities and skills for job success:
Good organisational skills
Knowledge of Excel
Good understanding of contract change management
Proactive participation in project activities
Ability to plan own assignments and deliver tasks on time
Willingness to speak up and highlight potential risks and areas for improvement
Fluent in English
Your personal competencies:
A team player with a structured and flexible approach
Empathic and confident
Expected background:
Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law and/or Business and Management
Contract management experience
The position requires approximately 15 hours a week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Tasks will be coordinated with the team manager.
You will based at our headquarters in Esbjerg.
