As our new Site Manager, you will be joining our team at our site in Frederikshavn working with our partner MARS A/S. You will be hired and employed by Semco Maritime, where you will be the manager of our workers currently on-site.
You will be reporting directly to our Senior Director for Oil & Gas Service.Your tasks & responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing, planning and coordinating 16-20 passionate and highly skilled employees at our site.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Managing the general administration related to the site
Coordinating and tracking hours spent, safety, etc.
Planning the day-to-day operations of our skilled workers on-site
Ordering goods and spare parts
General project planning
Your profile & qualifications
We imagine that you are someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating a skilled workforce in alignment with project guidelines. Furthermore, you should be motivated by and greatly interested in spotting new opportunities for development and optimization related to the project. We are looking for someone with a real “out-of-the-box” mindset!
Lastly, it is very important that you are down to earth and have a positive attitude towards your colleagues.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
Are fluent in English, verbal and written, fluency in Danish is a benefit but not a requirement
Have a relevant educational background, e.g., in marine engineering or similar
Have relevant experience from working on a project site from construction, onshore or offshore
Preferably have experience managing skilled workers
