Join us in this role where you as an IT Service Delivery Manager in Ørsted will focus on customer satisfaction by engaging in continuous dialogue through your interaction with our business stakeholders on a local, regional, and global basis. As part of building a relationship with the business, you’ll help build and provide relevant performance reporting, resolve complaints, raise attention, and anchor issues in our agile product lines. You will be core in bridging Ørsted business and IT, working to support one of our agile release trains towards offshore business to support operational excellence across the whole business.

You’ll be part of a global team where you, together with your colleagues in Malaysia, Poland, the US, and Denmark, will help to ensure that products and services are delivered to business, according to agreement (SLA´s), as well as increase the operational maturity across our IT service areas. We’re a diverse mix of Service Delivery and Transitions Managers and our primary focus for this position is to help develop and further strengthen our setup as it relates to application development and IT Service deliveries.
You’ll play an important role in:
being responsible for establishing a good relationship with key business stakeholders
ensuring organisational focus on issues raised by the business to achieve a high level of satisfaction
acting and responding as the go-to person for the business on a broad scope of IT enquiries and issues, tapping into customer needs and opportunities for supporting the business, as well as assisting in setting requirements
performing IT service performance reviews with the business, and bringing in regional and local gabs and issues to corporate IT
contributing to enforcing that the delivery of services is done according to processes and expected performance measures, incl. incident, change, and problem management
leading initiatives to improve on operational maturity and increase the quality of IT service delivery.
To succeed in the role, you:
have some years of experience in a role as Service Delivery Manager, IT management consultant, or a similar role at enterprise level in an organisation
have a consultancy mindset with the flexibility of driving tasks of different characters, combining people skills and IT knowledge with focus on business value in an agile environment
have experience in collaborating with both infrastructure and application management specialists, as well as communicating efficiently with management and specialists on different levels
have very strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
have good delivery management, service management and leadership skills, a strong customer mindset, and a high degree of flexibility in helping your colleagues to ensure success as a team.
