The division you will be part of has approximately 500 dedicated employees divided into three areas - Projects, Service and Manpower – ranging from technicians, machine specialists and engineers to on- and offshore blacksmiths and electricians. The division has deliveries to Industry, Wind, and Oil & Gas projects.
The profile we are looking for:

You have a strong sales background and solid management skills, preferably with experience from the industry, and you are driven by goals and results.

A practical oriented sales person with a focus on commercial activities and customer needs.

A highly self-driven and result-oriented profile, who also manages to engage in and work as part of a team.

Customers see you as a valuable, inspiring and trustworthy partner. Besides, you are action-oriented, keep your word and have a forceful personality with diplomatic skills.

Strategically, you have the ability to capture market trends and customer needs quickly, and you find it easy to convert your thoughts and ideas into action.

You are fluent in spoken and written English, and you speak and understand Danish.

You have excellent communication skills and you are able to establish open cooperative relationships.

Focus on results, customer relations and a strong collaboration with the organisation are the underlying factors of your success.

Your key responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

Development of assigned Customer Portfolio.

Proactively identify, review and act on new business opportunities

Preparation and execution of sales plans

Planning, preparation and implementation of customer meetings

Preparation of tenders

Ensuring KPI alignment

Contributing with your input to the budget and objectives
