Senior Project Manager - Sweden - 6-9 months - Floating Wind
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced floating wind specialist, that are developing numerous projects globally and have also developed their own type of offshore wind technology. The successful candidate will report directly into the CEO and have a major say in the project development stage of several offshore wind projects.
This joint venture has plans for 4 offshore wind farms in Sweden with completed permits and in the phase ready for construction, FID.
As project manager you will be key to leading the consent and development phase of these projects. You will need to provide independent consultancy to the projects including technical planning, organising, coordinating, and controlling resources to accomplish specific goals.
Location: Stockholm or remote with travel to Stockholm when necessary (a few days per month anticipated)
Hours: Mon – Fri – 40 hours per week
Duration: 6-9 months
Tasks:
Coordinate the project team working alongside the management team to successfully lead the early stages of several key floating wind projects.
Compile all activities at each wind farm and document this in an adequate project management system
Update the above system based on the work being completed.
Prioritise activities in relation to the overall scope
Budget responsibility for each wind farm
The requirements profile
project manager in wind power on or offshore or equivalent complex infrastructure projects with an Experience level of 5-7 years of experience
adequate training towards project management or equivalent.
project language English so English in writing and speaking are requirements

Swedish Language Skills
previous experience from wind power projects
previous experience of maritime work
