Do you want to further develop your network and sales skills within the global wind industry and work on projects with the biggest names in the industry?

Cotes is the leading manufacturer and supplier of adsorption dehumidifiers to the wind industry and have been keeping turbines and main components dry and well protected for over 20 years. Our clients include all the major OEM's as well as leading suppliers and operators in the wind industry. Onshore and offshore.

We are looking for an extra Sales Manager for our growing wind segment to be based at our headquarters, at the waterfront in the heart of Aarhus.

Areas of responsibility

You will refer to our Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with our dedicated wind sales team to ensure we meet our client's expectations and deliver as promised. We are strong

believers of collaboration and team spirit.

However, you will still be responsible for developing your own portfolio of clients, being a mix of selling integrated solutions to OEM's as well as retrofit solutions to wind turbine operators and owners but you are also expected to support your colleagues, when needed. Tasks include:

Development of a portfolio of existing clients Position Cotes as a strategic and preferred partner

Develop new segments and markets - especially in the aftermarket

Close collaboration with our marketing team as we are deep in with inbound and digital marketing

Represent Cotes at events and exhibitions

What we would love about you

For this position, we welcome candidates who fit most of the profile below:

Business and/or Engineering-related degree

Min 5 years of experience with most of the tasks outlined above - preferable from the wind industry (OEM, supply chain, consultancy, or operator)

Experience in selling/servicing aftermarket/retrofit solutions either from offshore or onshore wind segments or maybe a background as a wind turbine service technician? Analytical and structured, with a creative and positive can-do attitude

A strong networker

Excellent communications skills – English is a must, Danish and/or 3rd language would be a bonus
