About the role
X Shore is a fast growing company, shaping the future of electric boating. The team consists of committed designers, engineers, marketers and boatbuilders, working closely together towards more sustainable boating. We are now looking to grow our sales team at our headquarters in Stockholm with a local language(s) speaking Sales Manager for the Mediterranean region. You should be a person that thrives in and enjoys fast moving environments and you’re not put off by high intensity challenges.

As a Sales Manager, you will have to prospect, accelerate business growth and win new customer accounts for X Shore across the Mediterranean region.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish X Shore reseller and distribution network throughout the Mediterranean markets
  • Meet sales targets by also selling directly to clients and converting inbound leads to sales
  • Develop and Ensure Implementation of Sales Strategy from Funnel to Close
  • Provide clear, accountable reporting and forecasting to sales leadership
  • Manage and organize « roadshows » throughout the region with resellers, clients & events
  • Liaising with press and media in collaboration with the Marketing Team
  • 1st line of support for clients in the Mediterranean region

The position is based in Stockholm with travel to the Mediterranean region.

Your background

  • 3–5-year experience with a proven track record in Sales
  • Fluent in either French/Italian/Spanish and English
  • Experience in boats with insights in the boating industry in the Mediterranean region
  • Knowledge and competence to handle boats
  • You love to close deals and have been a top producer with a track record of winning b2b clients.
  • You are committed to making sure that every one of our target prospects knows who we are, what we do and how we could help them
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical and strategic abilities combined with social skills
  • Well organized, capable of maintaining a sales pipeline up to date
