We are now looking to grow our sales team at our headquarters in Stockholm with a German speaking Sales Manager. You should be a person that thrives in and enjoys fast-moving environments and you’re not put off by high-intensity challenges .As a Sales Manager , you will have to prospect, accelerate business growth and win new customer accounts for X Shore across the D-A-Ch region.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Establish X Shore reseller and distribution network throughout Germany, Austria & SwitzerlandMeet s ales t argets by also selling direct ly to clients and converting inbound leads to salesDevelop and Ensure Implementation of Sales Strategy from Funnel to CloseProvide clear, accountable reporting and forecasting to sales leadershipManage and organize « roadshows » throughout the D-A-Ch region with resellers, clients & eventsLiaising with press and media in collaboration with the Marketing Team1 st line of support for clients in the D-A-Ch regionYour background3–5-year experience with a proven track record in SalesFluent in German and English , preferably also SwedishExperience in boats with insights in the boating industry in D-A-ChKnowledge and competence to handle boatsYou love to close deals and have been a top producer with a track record of winning enterprise clients.You are committed to making sure that every one of our target prospects knows who we are, what we do and how we could help themExcellent interpersonal skillsSolid analytical and strategic abilities combined with social skillsWell o rganized , capable of maintaining a sales pipeline up to dateLife at X ShoreIn a challenging and life changing environment, at X Shore you will be surrounded by creative and firm believers of sustainable boating.
