Responsibilities:
Establish a Project Completion Team organisation , with the correct competence
Establish the high level Completion Strategy for the Project.
Develop a high level functional system breakdown. Definition of System Handovers
Ensure good communication across alliances and the Company regarding MC / Comm. by facilitating regular meetings, as well as distributing organizational charts within the discipline.
Functioning as a link between the completion engineers in the alliances and Company TA in case of need for additional technical assistance
Ensure the establishment of a commissioning plan and cost estimate for onshore / offshore, utilized through the alliances
Facilitate for data input to the PCS for alliance engineers to conduct the necessary completion engineering, completion progress reporting and conduct the relevant handover certification sign off`s.
Ensure that any relevant lessons learned are taken into account during the planning and execution of commissioning and reflected in the project completion risk picture.
Foresee that the alliances possesses the needed competence and capacity to prepare the necessary commissioning and bridging procedures, as well as the assigned Completion personnel for offshore execution.
Ensure all needed vendor/supplier/3 rd party assistance are handled according to project specific procedure.
Provide the necessary PIMS CMS training for engineers and Operation personnel in due time before execution offshore.
Plan and provide for commissioning assistance to the “Start Up Team”

Project Commissioning Execution Plan
Project Commissioning Hanging Gardens Schedule
Project specific procedures (Vendor Call Off Procedure, Project Sign Off matrix)
Document Completion Handover (RFOC`s) to Operations
Document and issue the TCCC to Operations
Project Completion organizational structure
