Dovre Group is pleased to offer the following key contract position: Control System Commissioning Lead
Work Location: Stavanger
Planned start date: 01.02.2021 - 01.02.2024
Applications will be processed and continuously evaluated.
For Projects which includes work / modifications to or on the control system. Assist in the development of a handover hierarchy and handover strategy together with operation and other project Alliance members with focus on HSSEQ in the projects study phase and maintain this through all remaining project phases.
Input to and acceptance of commissioning estimation associated with completion work on the platforms control system to project manager/ Leads.
Participate in the development of project installation and commissioning plans with emphasis on the control system part of the project.
Manage project interfaces related to scope on the control and instrument system within the Mods Alliance, other project Alliance members, Pro and Operation to secure a safe and effective accomplishment of the Mods Alliances handovers to operation according to project plan.
Manage interface with contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for commissioning of the scope on the control system.
Manage technical queries and ensure alignment with company Instrument/Automation TA where required.
Manage the PIMS CMS database for project portfolio.
Coordination of appropriate commissioning discipline resources with the right skills to:
Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT)
Develop, review and implement commissioning procedures.
Implement the commissioning scope.
Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
Give input to Completion Lead for own projects activity to Asset 12-week planning meeting
Identify discipline and ATS requirement for ongoing projects and communicate this in weekly Alliance 6-week POB meetings.
Actively ensure that:
All commissioning job cards are delivered with expected quality in accordance with readiness requirement
Establish a strong stakeholder management culture with
Other project Alliance members
Participate in offshore morning meetings.
Secure plan attainment and performance of integration activities of projects under own responsibility
Prepare commissioning input to Project Managers monthly project reporting in accordance with project routines.
Secure that RFOC for own projects are delivered without HSSEQ issues and on plan and cost
Support Mods Alliances in the development and follow up of annual strategic initiatives through the delivery line
