We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure high customer satisfaction and quality of all our deliverables.
Role Description
The Evac Project Manager has the total responsibility of the execution project. Execution projects can be both new builds or retrofit projects that need project management, engineering and execution. The emphasis in this role is on retrofit projects.
As a Project Manager you secure customer satisfaction by fulfilling all contractual obligations. You will lead the project execution team and ensure that the whole project follows the project process. You are responsible for the project planning and project plan follow-up including resourcing, time schedules, project budget and invoicing. Change management, risk management and follow-up are vital part in your role. Efficient external and internal communication with the stakeholders is needed for a successful project execution.
Requirements
A perfect candidate has experience in both project leadership in a global technology company. You have also a drive to develop project management processes, tools and cooperation in a global environment as well as the prerequisites to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding project schedules.
We expect you to have at least a Bachelor level education in the field of business or engineering, preferably from machine or electrical / automation engineering. You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in project management preferably in Marine or Offshore industry.
You have strong communication and team leadership skills. Proven track record for excellent project management skills and leading people as well as fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills are a must. Experience with retrofit or service projects is seen as an advantage.
