You will be stationed in our office in Holme, Aarhus. Youll join a team defined by a high drive for quality and agility in our projects.What you will doAt Johnson Controls, Marine & Offshore, we are currently looking for a new Project Manager to join our team in Holme, Aarhus. As Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects within refrigeration and controls systems for our Marine customers.Johnson Controls, Marine & Offshore is part of the Johnson Controls, Global Marine & Navy division which employs more than 300 people across the globe. We develop, produce and market complete HVAC/R and controls systems for Marine, Offshore and Navy applications, and are among the worlds leading suppliers in this field.How you will do itFollowing our Operational Excellence Model you will secure we deliver quality products to the right price, alongside top service and support that exceeds our customers expectations. We work in small project teams, and you must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.You will lead the team throughout the project and ensure project progress based on time schedule and keep track of deviations and deliverables from project kick-off until hand-over to customer. You will in cooperation with the team ensure our project deliverables are based on a profound design, procurement, production, installation and commissioning.You take full ownership for contract management in order to maximize operational and financial performance by risk mitigation and the ability to take advantage of opportunities.What we look forYou are an accomplished Project Manager or perhaps you are an experienced Engineer who are looking to move into Project Management. We expect that you hold an Engineering degree, and you are experienced in working with technically complex products and systems. Preferably, you know something about HVAC, refrigeration and the Marine industry.You are a structured and proactive communicator who is driven by results and you are able to generate a high level of enthusiasm within your projects. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required to build successful relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
