In Global Tools we are responsible for the usage, delivery and support on tools for our turbines around the world. You will be part of a sub-department that gives technical support to the sites and projects located in the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) as well as Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. You will be part of a large internaltional team consisting of many different profiles ranging from procurement, warehouse, production, in- and outbound, Pick and Pack, to logistics as well as technical engineering. We are placed in four locations: In Videbæk (Denmark), in Husum, Mutzschen (Germany), Zaragoza (Spain), and Warrington (England).
As a Process Professional in our department, you will be responsible for:
Processes and documentation flow in the our Warehouse Tools EMEA region department
Optimization of the existing processes, adaptation workforces to the daily tasks
Creating and following KPI's to improve daily work and processes
Sustaining of the good working enviroment
Taking care of budgeting
Planning of the daily activities for the team
Continuous improvement of the processes
At least 3 years of experience with processes, documentation and working on the different types of the projects
Experience working with LEAN is necessary
Exeperience in the SAP (PE01) or equivalent ERP Software, SAP Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), Microsoft Office is essential
Proficiency in English and Danish languages is necessary - in both verbally and writing
Basic technical understanding of Wind/Construction/Logistics or Manufacturing Industry would be appreciated
Experience working with KPI's: setting and tracking
Knowledge of HSE(Health, Safety & Environment) is an assetCompetences
