You should be a person that thrives and enjoys fast-moving environments and you’re not put off by high levels of uncertaintyAs a Performance Marketing Manager at X Shore you will be involved in the development of the organisations multichannel communication strategies and work across several areas. You will be a central piece in the growing of X Shore and are a person that loves to dig deep and base your decisions on analysis and data. You should have a strong interest in how to find solutions to generate leads and work with testing, optimising, measuring and analysis to constantly improve our digital performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies, KPI and goals for X Shores online marketingResearch new online media opportunities that may benefit X Shores business worldwide and keep up to date with current digital trends.Manage and assist with lead generation activities and creating optimised funnelsHelp with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaignsOverseeing existing marketing campaigns and making recommendations and take action on how to optimise themProducing detailed analysis and reports of campaignsOwning the budget for paid acquisition, setting channel strategy and marketing mixEstablishing KPIs in line with the overall strategy, following up on performance and gathering insights to optimize and increase the output from all paid marketing channelsPromoting digital innovation and a data-driven approach to marketing across the organisationBe highly sufficient in web analytics software to monitor the performance of X Shores campaigns and funnels and make recommendations for improvementQualificationsStrong Swedish and English communication skillsStrong analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategiesSeveral years of experience in a global performance marketing role for a premium productExperience of strategic responsibility for performance marketing, including budget, channel strategy and marketing mixExperience of high volume user acquisition, performance analytics, conversion rate optimization and data-visualizationExperience from working in targets-oriented and data-driven teamsExperience from fast-growing startup, top-tier consultancy, or other similar high-performance environmentsStarting dateWe hope that you can start as soon as possible.LocationStockholmContractFull-time, permanent contract with probationary period.ApplicationSubmit your application (CV + cover letter) online using the link below.
