Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…be leading the control and operation of the Operations Centre during your shift, while you will be responsible for taking the lead in responding to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, it will be your job to coordinate resources to minimise the loss of production due to WTG breakdowns, and use your judgement to balance lost production and protection of the integrity of WTGs.
You will also be responsible for:

Remote monitoring of offshore MHI Vestas WTGs

Supporting reactive operation of offshore MHI Vestas WTGs

Providing support to field operations via remote operation of WTGs

Supporting SCADA and HSE (e.g. during emergency situations)

Providing support to power regulations and substation/grid maintenance

Coordinating execution of ad-hoc STOP/START WTG requests

Follow-up on SCADA events with Performance and Diagnostics

Initiating root cause investigations

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…has WTG field troubleshooting experience, and has an advanced level of knowledge and practical experience with SCADA tools.

To become a successful Operator, you must be able to work with various stakeholders with very different personalities and levels of expertise. It is therefore crucial that you are able to adapt accordingly. You must also have a structured approach to your work, and be assertive enough to ensure that structures and rules are adhered to in the Operations Centre.
We expect that you:

Are a confident user of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Are willing to travel between Aarhus and Esbjerg on occasion

Are able and willing to work nightshifts
