An exciting opportunity has arisen as Manager Workshop Planning, reporting to Vice President Global Support Services. In this role, you will be a part of the Service Workshop team. With us, you will have a key role in managing, developing and support the workshop camp, optimize order handling, sales, and workshop performance, as well as employee responsibility and co-operation with other departments and global workshops.
In this role you should be proactive, structured, self-driven and have a collaborative personality.

You will join a committed, knowledgeable, and positive team that support each. We laugh, share frustration - but always aim to find solutions when experiencing a new challenge.
Key accountabilities
Drive for continuous improvement and workshop planning processes, forecast, working methods, order handling, workshop co-operation and achieving desirable results.
Personal responsibility for the workshop planning team. Train and guide employees to achieve a challenging work environment, personal development, and a robust team performance
Support local sales team with necessary information
Support supply and logistics with necessary information
Qualifications and experience
Experience from production, operations, purchasing, services, and/or engineering. Alternatively, a university degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or operation management, combined with experience in workshop operation activities.
Able to read and comprehend technical data
Proficient in IT tools
Preferably experienced with people management and improvement of team performance.
