The Digital Customer Channels team at Vestas, has the responsibility for digital Customer Experience design and execution across the Vestas Service business Digital customer facing Channels such as eCommerce and self-services.
Your main responsibility will be to enable data & analytics across Vestas Service business digital customer channels. Your focus will be to ongoing translate data on digital customers behaviours, transactions, product and performance into actionable business insights. Also, actively provide recommendations to optimize the different digital customer channels and business impact by a data-driven approach.
Your primary areas of responsibility:
Direct and develop the analytics strategy and define related business requirements for digital customer facing channels such as eCommerce and digital customer self-services
Perform statistical and predictive analysis, web analytics and automate / delegate analytics tasks where relevant to other functions
Close daily collaboration with your colleagues in the business teams and other stakeholders for optimizing, via data, the digital channels, and services, to further support adoption and impact of the channels
Identify and explore opportunities to i.e improve channels and services via data-analysis and generate relevant customer specific lead reporting to the sales frontline and marketing
BI/Data reporting specifications and utilization (IT to implement)
Ongoing report to various stakeholders in easy to understand and actionable formats of KPIs and metrics for the different channels
Proficiency with analytics tools such as PowerBI, SAC, Tableau or similar
You have +5 years' experience within ecommerce, web analytics or digital business analytics from a global organizational set-up. B2B experience, B2C could be relevant with the right set of skills. A background from an analytics agency/consultancy organization could also be relevant
Solid and proven hands-on experience with analytics is required, and you can communicate and visualize complicated data so that it makes sense to different audiences
Professional written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English on different stakeholder’s level
Your experience is the most important, but you probably have a degree on Master level or equivalent
Pragmatic, structured and hands-on working style
Self-driven, robust and thrive with daily operational assignments combined with contributing to and aligning the overall digital channels strategic initiatives and concepts
Great collaborator and easy to work with, also with a smile when things get hectic

Location: You will be based either in our office in Denmark, Aarhus N or Copenhagen, Ørestaden. Travelling between Copenhagen and Aarhus should be expected regularly.
