• Sales experience with offshore software services company • preferably selling Outsourced Product Development & Digital transformational services • Mid-sized company experience 1000 to 10000 employees size.
Responsibilities
• Selling primarily to ISVs and experience in selling OPD (offshore product development). • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking. • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales. • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. • • Must have experience in Selling to Companies in the respective mentioned areas. • Understanding of Onsite/Offshore- Dual Shore Delivery Model. • Strong relationship building skills with the senior echelons of client organizations. • Should be hunter by passion and profession, with consistent new business development revenue target achievements between $1 Million to $3 Million/year. • Prefer candidates who have experience working with India based organizations.
