We are looking for a new colleague to join Business Area Surveillance HR team as HR Business Partner!

You will join a great team of HR Business Partners of 13 members and you will report to our HR Head of Surveillance.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner that can take the strategic perspective and go from words to action to meet our long-term business needs. You will work as HR Business Partner for one of our Business Units, Traffic Management, as a member of the management team. You will be supporting and advising managers and management teams on a wide array of matters such as performance management, leadership and organizational development, union negotiations, strategic workforce planning, rehabilitation etc. You will work both on a strategic and operational level in day-to-day business.
You need to be comfortable in a role with many interfaces – managers, union representatives, HR colleagues, partners etc. and you must enjoy developing organizations and managers.
You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive change, and the energy and endurance to do so long-term. We expect you to be a true team player with both good judgement and maturity.
You understand the value of a data-driven approach to strategic people management and you have sufficient knowledge of Swedish Labor Law for this role.

To be successful in this role, you need to have several years of previous experience from relevant HR roles and a relevant academic HR educational background.
You are comfortable working in an international context and to express yourself in English, oral and written.
We are a geographically dispersed organization, some travelling is part of the job.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on
citizenship may apply.

You will be a part of a highly committed HR-team, also working with other HR support functions as Career Center and People Direct and you are a member of the Saab global HR community.
At the same time, you will be a vital member in the business management team at Traffic Management that you support.
