You will report to SVP Marketing, Communication & Public Affairs, Mirella A. Vitale and manage a team of app. 5-7 FTE´s based in HQ in Denmark.Your overall responsibilities are:Development and positioning of the overall portfolio of ROCKWOOL’s brands, ensuring the right balance between global consistency and local adaptation.Develop the global brand positioning strategy and drive the brand expansion globally with focus on key target markets.Integrate all marketing strategies, customer segment strategies and Trade& Distribution strategies into the overall brand strategy.Support the ambition and strategy of the ROCKWOOL Group and the Marketing, Communication & Public Affairs functionProvide a global and regional brand positioning strategy and ensure implementation and monitoring across the entire companyIn collaboration with the Regional marketing directors perform a yearly planning cycle to define tactics and activities that will strengthen the global position of the ROCKWOOL brandEnsure brand guardianship and compliance across the entire GroupMonitor and manage ROCKWOOL global reputation and customer satisfactionManage the marketing shared service centre based in PoznanManage the Global marketing and branding CommunityThe role is based at the ROCKWOOL HQ in the Copenhagen Area (Hedehusene), Denmark.
