Global Tender Management Analyst

As a Global Tender Management Analyst in Wrist Ship Supply, you will join our global commercial organization, who is responsible for steering our sales activities with our customer base. You will be part of our new Tender Management team who coordinates and manages global tenders across the organization and develop and ensure all strategic aspects of our tender management setup.
With reference to our Global Tender Manager, you will become part of a strong team.

The position is based in Nørresundby, Denmark

Key responsibilities:
Manage all global tenders across the organization and ensure to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Responsible for the end-to-end tender process, ensuring a well-organized and a on track process and manage tasks, documents and data.
Coordinate communication between the Key Account Manager and relevant stakeholders in the organization and ensuring financial goals are met.
Ensure high quality bids, by following agreed processes and using standardized tools and procedures.
Improving the tender management setup, by developing tools, templates and guidelines.
Qualifications & requirements:
You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Strategy, Sales or similar from University or Business School.
Ability to work structured and maintain an overview
Coordinate and manage projects across organizational and cultural boundaries
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms in English
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Winning and can-do attitude
Analytic mindset and flair for excel
