Vestas' Global Service business is continuously growing and has strategic importance. With our corporate strategy "Global leader in Sustainable Energy Solutions" we have set aspirational growth targets for the Service business in the coming years. Achieving such targets requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally.
You will join a small global team, co-work with other functions, and coordinate global initiatives to better enable our regional sales teams to reach sales targets via digitalization.Responsibilities
Supervise our commercial “Digital first”-agenda, meaning to make our eCommerce channels the primary channels for selling spare parts
Define KPIs and monitor the sales performance in the different online channels and work on initiatives to grow sales through these channels
Work with customers to fully understand their needs for convenient procurement online and identify customer value drivers
Work closely with the Digital business development team to develop and implement the product roadmap of our own eCommerce channels, i.e. Shop.Vestas.com
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging to promote the e-Commerce channels
Identify and engage customers to implement e-Procurement for, i.e. punchout solutionsQualifications
On a professional level, we expect you to have the following qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s degree combined with experience from a similar position, e.g. in an international B2B context and for instance within spare parts selling
Significant experience from handling an internal online store as well as a 3rd party sales channel, e.g. Amazon store, Alibaba, etc.
B2B Sales experience
Good understanding of digital tools and experience in bridging online sales with existing business
Experience from the aftermarket in wind
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writingCompetencies
