ICEYE is building and operating its own commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark – providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.

We launched the world’s first small SAR satellite in January 2018. To date, ICEYE has successfully launched a total of 10 SAR satellite missions and has raised $152M in financing. We don’t plan to stop - join our team and let’s achieve great things together!

To support the growth of the company, we are looking for Digital Marketing Director to join our Marketing Team in Finland.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing wizard with passion and proven results with impactful omni-channel marketing, advanced marketing technologies, and overall digital impact in B2B business growth.

What you will do:
  • End-to-end digital experience with a focus on top-line growth
  • Create a data-driven digital strategy and roadmap of prospect demand generation and thought leadership across digital channels, and continually optimize the strategy and tactics with an innovative and pragmatic mindset.
  • Establish the right balance between lead generation, branding, and digital customer experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing and prospective users and what drives them to convert into leads, in order to maximize the conversion of quality leads at a large scale
  • Create and manage all digital campaigns and always-on digital elements across digital touchpoints together with the rest of the marketing team, supported by digital agencies on a needs basis
  • Increase on-page conversion rates to improve the efficiency of generated pipeline across the web
  • Uncover creative, non-traditional, and new methods of acquiring clients in addition to the more established approaches
  • Lead analysis of digital marketing campaign performance across the touchpoints for tracking results and optimizing the activities - turn data into actionable insights
  • Communicate with stakeholders on digital execution, results, and impact
What you need to succeed:
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience with emphasis on audience acquisition, demand generation and revenue growth through digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of how digital marketing channels function, solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices in B2B
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across the teams - strong track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Thrives in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive and spirit
