We are looking for a Cyber Security Awareness & Culture Specialist that will have the responsibility for the group’s cyber security awareness program and the Wilhelmsen Security Champion program. This role will ensure that all Wilhelmsen staff can make secure choices every day and will assist the Director of Security & GRC in information campaigns, stakeholder communication and profiling of the overall cyber security program, both internally and externally. The Cyber Security Awareness & Culture Specialist will report to the Director, Security & GRC.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibility for the Wilhelmsen group’s cyber security awareness and culture program in accordance to approved budgets, goals, and business expectations
Measure, analyse, improve and report on cyber security awareness and culture status
Facilitate training and communication of best security practices to staff through e-learnings, articles, face-to-face interaction, meetings, and other platforms
Be responsible for the Wilhelmsen Security Champions program in accordance to approved budgets and goals
Create impactful cyber security presentations and material for internal and/or external use
'Assist in other relevant tasks as part of the Wilhelmsen global security team and IT organisation

Qualifications you have for this role:

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in IT/cyber security, communications, media, journalism, advertising, organisational psychology, or related fields. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
Preferably some experience with awareness programs, trainings and/or impacting behavioral change in organisations
Experience with content creation on various platforms
A strong interest in cyber security and an inner drive to learn and continuously improve
Wanting to make an impact, empowering our employees all around the world to make secure choices every day, and sell the message that cyber security is everyone’s responsibility
Ability to communicate technical information and problems in an easy, understandable, and interesting way
Creative, willing to think outside the box, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to sell a message
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English
