Contract Manager
Job description
The purpose of the Contract Manager is preparing, negotiating and recording contracts for MMT’s projects.
Main duties
Negotiate, analyze, prepare and revise client and sub-supplier contracts on behalf of MMT.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal in accordance with MMTs policys and processes.
Craft, evaluate, negotiate and close client and sub-supplier contracts on behalf of MMT.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract
Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close them out
Assist with the MMT’s compliance with mandatory standards
Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations
Evaluate and mitigate encountered risks.
Gather and coordinate information from all concerned departments.
Attend/lead clarification/negotiation meetings.
Follow and align with MMT tender processes.
Key Requirements
Long experience in contract review and negotiation
Excellent project management and administrative skills
Preferably experience in several of MMT’s different departments
Excellent knowledge in the English language
Extensive knowledge of the offshore industry.

Informs an Ocean Infinity Supervisor, Team Lead, or Manager of any unidentified risks, hazards, or system deficiencies in the workplace;
Supports Ocean Infinity’s environmental and social goals.
