Our Global Business Services Division (GBS) is looking for a Business Transformation Consultant to join our Business Transformation team and take an active role in the continuous transformation and improvement of our GBS functions and services within Finance, HR, IT and towards our business divisions. As a GBS Business Transformation Consultant/Manager you will take both an active role in managing the GBS project portfolio, as well as drive and manage transformation and improvement projects related to digitalization, optimization, innovation, process automation and organizational change.

The Business Transformation Consultant/Manager will report to the Head of Transformation & PMO.

Main Responsibilities 

Take an active role in running the GBS’ project portfolioLead projects of varying size, including projects related to digitalization, optimization, innovation, process automation and organizational changeLead cross-functional teams according to project scopeIdentify and qualify improvement opportunities and translate strategy into actionable plansAdvise senior management on business/project issues and decisionsPrepare required decision material and ensure stakeholder alignmentFacilitate close working relationships between functions and geographies and towards our customersConduct effective change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement and transformation

Qualifications 

Master’s degree within relevant field with solid academic results 2-4 years of experience within business transformation and improvement, preferably from management consulting or a similar role in a global companyExperience from successfully managing and implementing complex projects in global organizationsExperience from process automation/RPA and/or Finance transformation is a plusStrong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to think outside the boxAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships across functions and regionsAbility to act on own initiative in a proactive, structured and empowered mannerGood interpersonal, influencing and networking skillsHighly motivated team playerLeadership qualities and the ability to mentorAttention to details, and ability to set and meet objectivesExcellent communication skills Fluent in written and spoken English

Work location: Lysaker
