Yard Coordinator will report to Logistic LEAD
Role
This role will be to provide support for the operation at Archer facility both Oiltools and Wireline workshops
Key responsibilities
Focal point for communication between Logistic and Workshop with regards to shipping and receiving of goods from customers.
Focal point for communication between Logistic and Workshop with regards to equipment return to remote storage.
Loading/unloading of trucks
Organizing of yard maintaining safety and efficiency required
Return check of equipment from customers
Control and organizing of returned 3rd party equipment and prepare same for processing
Control and organize rental objects returning from repair
Organize rental objects following inspection
Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance of dedicated forklifts
Preparation of tools for shipment offshore according to work order and procedures
Participate in maintenance and housekeeping yard
Qualifications
Education
Certificate of apprenticeship within relevant field
Other competence requirements are specified for each role in the company’s Competence Management System
Experience:
Minimum 6 years’ work experience within planning and logistic
Personal skills:
High ability to keep order and structure
Good ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Independently perform required work assignment without supervision
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
Commitment to excellent service
Good ERP system knowledge and use
Excel and word skills to handle related documentation
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Good communications skills, both verbally and written
