As our new Trading Assistant, you will join a very dynamic and growing Trading Floor, where the global trading hours set the frame for the timing and level of business activity. Excellent trading is much more than agreeing on a price to close a deal. It is just as much about being customer focused, provide a high level of service and building strong relations. Therefore, your main responsibility is to ensure the great customer experiences with Monjasa through following all deliveries closely, involve the Traders when needed and always keep process optimisation in mind.

Areas of focus
  • Keep all parties updated throughout the delivery of Marine fuel to vessels, including Traders, suppliers, agents and customers
  • Collect invoices and Bunker Delivery Receipts from suppliers
  • Focus on optimising and speeding up processes based on the above
  • Update IT systems with sales/customer information
  • Assist the Traders on ad hoc tasks
Your professional skills
  • You might be a newly graduate from college or a higher academic education
  • Knowledge about shipping/trading is an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
Your personal skills
  • Willing to changes and committed to build personal relations
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritise own tasks
  • A good communicator both internally and externally
