QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:
8+ years of professional experience in the Information Technology IndustryFull-time Bachelor’s /Master’s degree (Science or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experienceExtensive experience working in a consultant capacity with experience in business/data analytics and requirements elicitation for IT Development related projects.Certified or professional experience performing tasks as a Product Owner/Manager.Required experience with end-to-end product development.In-depth understanding of the SDLC with experience supporting the development of custom applications.Strong analytical skills, ability to understand complex business and be able to document requirements clearly.Strong Agile/Scrum Methodologies.Experience leading stand ups and scrum meetings and working in the capacity as a Product owner.Strong communication skills, ability to navigate with clients as well as coordinate with offshore team.Strong SQL and/or PL/SQL skills, to run ad-hoc analysis and define scenarios.Wireframing, report design and exposure to reporting tools like SSRS, Spotfire etc.Database modeling, database design for BI solutions is preferred.This position is also responsible for day-to-day and month-end close application support, implementing new assets into the existing application software stack and supporting custom interfaces and reports.Coordinate technical implementation and migration of software upgrades, patches, code releases, and database changes for the various enterprise applications.
