An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join our Global Customer Support Team as a Super User Spares Planning. In this role you will have the chance to help ensure on-time delivery of products to our worldwide customer base.
We are looking for a candidate who can drive system improvement and process compliance, train and support development of Key and End users of the Spares Planning teams at the Product Centers and driving best alignment of supply against customer demand.
This is a temporary role for one year.
Coaching Spares Planner Key and End users by actively operating a Community of Practice model, including periodic team calls, sharing best practice, and driving ideas for process improvement
Ensure compliance towards the Spare Parts Planning process, including monitoring KPI’s and compliance metrics and run periodically performance reviews
Activly encourage and drive improvements relevant to spares planning
Support the team in supply chain improvement projects within the spares area
Qualifications and experience
Formal education at degree level within logistics or supply chain
Overall understanding of ERP processes and functions
ERP experience and Excel knowledge
