We have open positions within the Supply Chain Operations – Yara Maritime Logistics (YML)/Global Planning & Optimization (GPO) teams at our Head Office.
Responsibilities

Explore how our new Voyage Management System (VESON) can be best utilized for analysis. Find areas of utilizing the data in a way that can lead to visualize areas of improvements potentials within YML
Perform supply chain improvement projects
Use of big data and AI to improve performance
Implement new advanced planning routines/systems
Get to know a product/or an operational planning issue and the related network flow around it. Explore what the parameters and constraints are and how it can be modelled

Profile

Student in your 3rd/4th year of study.

Area of study within: Finance, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Economics, Maritime Logistics
Structured, analytical and strong mathematical skills

Optimization/modelling skills are a plus.
Fluency in English –verbal/written.

Excellent academic results.

Proactive and with an ability to take initiative, self-driving
