We are looking for a Student Assistant for our Operational Procurement Team.

As a Student Assistant, you will support the global procurement team in purchasing goods from all over the world and thereby assisting in timely execution of global projects.

The position involves a wide range of tasks including:
  • The Requisition-to-Pay process, converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders
  • Expediting orders and matching invoices prior to payment.
  • Interface and coordinate with internal and external project team members and document communications between Semco Maritime, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Receive, register, store and distribute all incoming documents and correspondences related to procurement in appropriate systems
  • Reporting for government statistics

The position requires approximately 15-20 hours a week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Tasks will be coordinated with the team manager.
You will based at our headquarters in Esbjerg.
