As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Campaign Team with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally orientated business. The department consists of 11 employees, and we work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the Campaign Team, the main responsibilities are to organize and optimize offshore execution of activities from other business departments i.e., engineering, maintenance and inspection. You will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn engineering theory etc. into practice.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks. These tasks can include:
Engaging with external stakeholders, such as contractors and suppliers.
Supporting offshore sites with their daily activities.
Planning and communicative tasks.
Assisting in writing technical documents.
Engaging with offshore sites.
Managing department files.
Supporting Ad-hoc tasks within the team.
Candidate profile
Who we are looking for
It is important that you possess a safety mindset. You are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect your study to be within the engineering area e.g. Marine, Process, Energy or similar. We are looking for a team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals. Some of the personal characteristics that we are looking for is to be outgoing, not afraid to speak up and have attention to detail. If you have a sense of humor you will blend it quickly into our great team.To succeed:
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program with minimum 2 years left back.
Your studies are expected to be in the engineering area.
You have good knowledge of MS Office.
You are open minded and willing to learn new skills.
You have residents in or near Esbjerg.
You are skilled in oral and written English.
