Key responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will assist the Engineering Manager in reporting, assigning and following up on issues related to our IT maritime software – Maersk StarConnect. You will primarily assist with
administrative tasks and vessel support which include:Maintain our dashboards and provide needed insights when requested via our reporting toolsCommunicating and following up on vessels' requests and inquiries on daily basis to ensure smooth operations and usage of our Maersk StarConnect product portfolio;Assisting our development teams in elicitation of user feedback by helping to set up surveys,interviews with stakeholders and assisting with analysis, when needed.Assigning incidents and reporting on support progress for all solutions across Maersk StarConnectSupporting the teams across the StarConnect products with various ad-hoc tasks
The job is for 20 hour per week. The working hours are flexible, but the hours are to be planned between 09:00-17:00. The schedule and working days are to be agreed with your manager.

We are looking for
We are looking for a flexible and self-driven person, able to pay attention to the details and prioritize
the tasks at hand. In addition, we expect that you are:A BSc/MSc student; minimum 1 year left before graduationHave experience with PowerBI or similar tools is a plusComfortable with MS office, phone systems and learning new ITPreferably you have experience with IT-support systems and incident handling.Service minded with a high drive
Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
