We need a Student Assistant with strong analytical skills for our Business Controlling Team, Renewables division!
The position will be approx. 20 hours per week between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The tasks are coordinated with the manager of the team. Main location for the tasks to be carried out will be in our offices at Esbjerg Brygge in Esbjerg.

You will be part of the Business Controlling team where you will act as a strong support for your colleagues.
As a Student Assistant in the Business Controlling team you will have a broad variety of tasks including:
Control of transactions arriving to the project: hours, expenses, materials/tools, issued POs to the different suppliers
Creating and maintaining project reports
Creating projects with the right project structure; providing overview to the project managers about the project performance through regular project follow-ups
Taking care of the overdue customer invoices and following up on payment reminders
Handling of supplier invoices
Regular invoicing of projects towards our customers, ensuring a smooth cash-flow
Assisting in different ad-hoc tasks
What you´ll need to succeed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented approach
Strong MS Office Skills
Great interpersonal skills & service minded attitude
Being able to multitask and keep the tight deadlines
Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
You have a background where you:
Are undergoing a relevant education at bachelor or graduate level
Have great written and oral communication skills both in Danish and in English
