What am I going to do?
Next step on our agenda is to develop solutions to achieve the goals set out in the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) GHG strategy. These are two new measures: the technical requirement to reduce carbon intensity, based on a new Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI); and the operational carbon intensity reduction requirements, based on a new operational carbon intensity indicator (CII). Currently the project consists of more than ten Work Streams with assigned project managers in Denmark and we work close together with our colleagues in Augsburg, Germany.
More specifically, you will:
- Assist in development and maintenance of calculation and report tools
- Assist with creation of technical reports to customers
- Assist with process documentation for various tasks in the project
- Assist with creation of various documents for internal and external use in the project
- Assist the project with ad-hoc tasks
- Be a part of a high focus project with team members and stakeholders across the entire organization
Who am I?
You are currently doing you university studies, and are structured and self-driven. You are independent, a motivated learner and a collaborative team player.
We are interested in a longer commitment, and ideally you are currently in your bachelor studies. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week.
We imagine that you:
- Are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with macro programming in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Are structured and quality oriented in the work you are doing
- Are self-motivated, independent and a collaborative team player
How is my new team/area of business?
You will be part of a project team of people with a broad variety of educational backgrounds. The team is a part of the Product Development & Execution department in Retrofit & Upgrade. The product managers are maturing/developing new retrofit & upgrade solutions. The project managers are executing all the orders we receive from the standard Retrofit & Upgrade product portfolio. We are a diverse team of skilled and dedicated people, focusing on product management and project management. Your future colleagues are situated in Holeby, Frederikshavn and Copenhagen. We have a professional approach to our work, while having a humorous, casual and positive environment in the team. This particular position will be based in Copenhagen.
