An exciting opportunity has arisen as Spare Part Engineer, reporting to Spare Part Manager. In this role, you will be a part of the Spare Part Team at Longva, delivering Spare Parts to our business partners. You will be responsible for communication with customers, quoting of spare parts and general spare part order handling.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage customers requests regarding spare parts for our products
  • Communicate internally before making an offer to the customers to ensure we offer the right components.
  • Make quotations to customers, receive PO and send confirmation to the customer
  • Collaboration with other departments and Planners to ensure right delivery estimates and shipping instructions
  • Follow up and close sales orders to ensure it is according to the agreement with customer

Qualifications and experience

  • Technical background from maritime/electrical
  • Skilled worker Electro or Electrical engineer
  • Relevant experience within sales and/or electro is an advantage
  • Newly graduated in logistics or have logistics background. We encourage newly graduates to apply
  • Personal qualities will be emphasized
  • Written and orally in both Norwegian and English
